Volunteer Program Description:
The Kit Outreach Volunteer Program is dedicated to improving hygiene equity and spreading awareness about the lack of resources and hygiene products that many people suffer from locally. Our volunteer program is designed to engage individuals who are passionate about making a difference in their communities and beyond. Through our program, students have the unique opportunity to gain volunteer hours by contributing their skills and energy towards a meaningful project that directly impacts the lives of those we serve.
Opportunities:
1. Graphic Designer
- Help design marketing materials for events and campaigns
- Create engaging social media graphics
2. Event Host
- Organize and manage small community events to promote and raise money for our cause (Ex. Bake Sale)
- Promote events through various channels and ensure attendees have a positive experience
3. Hygiene Equity Advocate
- Attend community events and speak about hygiene equity
- Share information about our cause on social media
4. Other
- Kit Assembly Volunteer: Participate in the hands-on process of assembling hygiene kits and ensure quality control
- Outreach Coordinator: Identify and contact potential community partners to expand our reach
